CEPF General Assembly

6 - 7 May 2009, Madrid, Spain

The CEPF General Assembly will be held on 6th of May, however arriving on 5th of May is recommended (please see Practical information below).

The agenda will include a discussion on a potential legally binding agreement for forests in Europe. A workshop on the implementation of National Action Plans for renewable energy is foreseen as well. The priorities of the Swedish EU presidency for the second half of 2009 will be presented. In addition, field visits and a seminar on the special features of Spanish and Mediterranean forestry will be organised in connection to the General Assembly.
