The conference will bring together representatives of hunting, land and forests owners’ organisations from Baltic States, Finland, Sweden and Germany. Participants will discuss local practices, success stories as well development opportunities in the game management in post-socialist countries. The land owners hunting right associated with the impact of emerging democracy and the ownership conditions today will be also addressed.
CEPF will be represented by Morten Thoroe, Secretary General and members of national organisations from Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.
The conference is organised by the Ministry of Environment in co-operation with Private Forest Center and Estonian Private Forest Union.
