On 23 February 2017, rapporteur MEP Norbert Lins, EPP/Germany, from the European Parliament Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (COM ENVI) published his draft report on LULUCF. The main issue for the Confederation of European Forest Owners (CEPF) continues to be the rules for establishing the Forest Reference Levels.
