The conference will take place from 20th to 22nd May 2025, in Rome (FAO Headquarters), bringing together private, public and community forest owners, forest owners’ associations and cooperatives, national and regional forest authorities, forest enterprises, professionals and researchers, NGOs and all the stakeholders involved in Small Forest Holdings (SFH) in Europe.
Together we will explore the needs, risks, and opportunities of Small-Scale Forestry within the EU, while promoting Sustainable Forest Management and supporting local value chains based on forest products and ecosystem services from European Small Forest Holdings.
